I am also a technical trainer and speaker who educates and mentors aspiring IT techs on my YouTube channel, Kevtech IT Support, and through various platforms and events. I have helped over 14,000 people land IT support roles through my instructional videos, covering topics such as Comptia A+, Network+, entry-level helpdesk, customer service skills, and resume writing.

I have presented and spoken at Microsoft, Jobtrain, Upwardly Global, Spiceworks, HDI, and Merit America. My mission is to share my knowledge and experience with others who want to break into tech in a non-traditional way, as I did.

Why it’s important to join conference events and how it will help you. Why hands-on training helps you land a job and why learning a new skill is marketable.
